I bought a
pair of no-lace converse. I love them. I covet them so much
that I don't wear them often as to preserve their beauty. I
had a problem with one of them. . .so I contacted Zappos.com
who does have 365 day return policy on shoes that are unworn
and still in their original box. . .I was neither but I
contacted them to see if I could return the shoes to the
manufacturer. .. they sent me a new pair of NoMad shoes
IMMEDIATELY and asked me to please send the other ones back. .
. not only did they hook me up with new kicks NoMad Shoes, but
they totally embraced the honor system by having faith enough
that I'd send them my old ones. . .. I LOVE THEM!!
